LOCATION

Waverly Heights is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Philadelphia on 63 acres of a former Philadelphia Main Line estate. Its suburban setting provides the pleasures of "country living," but its proximity to Philadelphia and other major cities, including New York and Washington, D.C., offers the convenience and cultural attractions of "city life."

DIRECTIONS TO WAVERLY HEIGHTS

From Philadelphia via Interstate 76 (Schuylkill Expressway)
Follow I-76 west to the Gladwyne Exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right. Proceed under the railroad bridge; then turn left on to River Road. After approximately 2 miles River Road will turn left and cross railroad tracks. This is Waverly Road. Continue through one stop sign. Waverly Heights is on the right hand side approximately ¼ of a mile from the stop sign.

From King of Prussia (via Schuykill Expressway)
Follow I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) east to the West Conshohocken Exit. The exit ramp ends at a light. This is Matson Ford Road. Turn right and follow the signs to Route 23 East (Conshohocken State Road). Follow Route 23 east to the fourth traffic light (approximately 2.5 miles). Turn left on Waverly Road. Continue through one stop sign. Waverly Heights is approximately 1/3 mile down on the left.

From New York City (via PA Turnpike)
Follow the New Jersey Turnpike to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit #6), I-276 West. Follow I-276 and exit at Exit 26A, bearing left onto I-476 South (be careful at this exit to STAY LEFT AS YOU EXIT). Follow I-476 South. Exit at Conshohocken (Exit # 16) following the signs to Route 23. Stay to the right. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right on to Matson Ford Road and follow signs for Route 23 East (Conshohocken State Road). Follow Route 23 east to the fourth traffic light (approximately 2.5 miles). Turn left on Waverly Road. Continue through one stop sign. Waverly Heights is approximately 1/3 mile down on the left.

FROM THE LOCAL AREA
From Ardmore
Traveling west on Montgomery Avenue, (just past Suburban Square Shops on left) turn right on to Mill Creek Road. Turn left on Old Gulph (1st traffic light). This road curves right and becomes Youngsford Road. Follow through the next traffic light at the intersection of Route 23 (Conshohocken State Road). At the first stop sign, turn right on Waverly Road. Waverly Heights is on the left-hand side approximately 1/3 of a mile.
From Montgomery Avenue traveling East
Travel east on Montgomery Avenue to Morris Avenue. Turn left on Morris Avenue. Go through one traffic Light (New Gulph Road) and then one stop sign (Old Gulph Road). Waverly Road is the 3rd road on the right after the stop sign. Turn right on Waverly Road. Cross over Route 23 (Conshohocken State Road). Waverly Heights is on the left-hand side approximately 1/3 of a mile.
From Interstate 476 (traveling North)
Exit at Conshohocken (Exit # 16A) Follow signs for Rt.23. Stay to the right. Right at light (Matson Ford Rd) to Jct.23. Follow signs for 23E (Conshohocken State Rd). Follow Route 23 east to the fourth traffic light (approx. 2.5 miles). Turn left on Waverly Road. Continue through one stop sign. Waverly Heights is approximately 1/3 mile down on the left.
From Interstate 476 (traveling South)
Follow I-476 South. Exit at Conshohocken (Exit # 16) following the signs to Route 23. Stay to the right. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right on to Matson Ford Road and follow signs for Route 23 East (Conshohocken State Road). Follow Route 23 east to the fourth traffic light (approximately 2.5 miles). Turn left on Waverly Road. Waverly Heights is approximately 1/3 mile down on the left.
