About Us
Waverly Heights is a non-profit, non-sectarian Continuing Care Retirement Community located on 63 private acres of a former Philadelphia Main Line Estate. Its beautiful residential setting provides the pleasures of suburban, country living, while its proximity to Philadelphia and easy access to New York City and Washington, D.C., offers the convenience and cultural attractions of the city.

Accommodations and Services
Waverly residents enjoy spacious apartments and villas, full services and amenities, activities, and a continuum of comprehensive healthcare services. Monthly fees are based on the size of the apartment or villa and the number of occupants, and range from approximately $2,500 to $6,100. Entrance fees range from approximately $183,000 to $630,000. Waverly offers a choice of pricing plans featuring a unique 100% recoverable entrance fee option and a 50% recoverable entrance fee option.

Accreditation
Waverly Heights is nationally accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC) and is a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (PANPHA).

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide quality lifecare services to our residents. Our purpose is to serve the physical, emotional, recreational, social, religious and health needs of the Waverly Heights population, in a professional and caring manner. We provide these services efficiently and economically within a financially stable organization.

The Manor House
The Waverly Manor House was built in 1912 by an executive of the Pennsylvania Railroad, as many estate homes were along the Philadelphia Main Line. It continues to serve as the focal point of the community today providing comfortable and gracious accommodations for overnight guests of Waverly residents. It also houses a library (one of two libraries at Waverly), living room, and dining room, which are used by residents for both private and group functions.
