Priority Club Membership at Waverly Heights refers to the individuals who have indicated a desire to become a resident of Waverly Heights by completing an application and paying our fully refundable $1,500.00 Application Fee.

Being a Priority Club Member entitles you to several benefits in advance of your becoming a Waverly resident. We believe that getting to know the Waverly community is an important part of your decision to move here, and we encourage you to take full advantage of the Priority Club Member benefits.

Benefits include: dining at Waverly, use of fitness center and pool, attendance at events and programs, use of the Waverly Manor House for private parties, and priority access to the Waverly Health Care Center (Some restrictions or fees may be required).
