Steps Toward Residency

The first step is to visit Waverly Heights. We will schedule a personal appointment at your convenience and take you on a tour of the community. The next step is to complete an application for residency and pay the fully refundable $1,500.00 application fee, which places you on the Priority Club Membership list.

When a villa or apartment of your choice becomes available, we will call you. If you decide to take it, you will complete Waverly's financial and admission review process. Once approved, we will issue a Residence and Care Agreement with the date that your residency will begin.
