Waverly Heights, is currently seeking an RNAC to be responsible for the overall MDS assessment process as a member of the interdisciplinary team for PPS, OBRA and/or Managed Care.
This position is responsible for the scheduling of PPS and/or OBRA assessments, ensuring the interdisciplinary team completes assigned sections and provides oversight in development of the comprehensive plan of care through CAA completion while adhering to applicable RAI, state, federal and managed care guidelines. Responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of electronic data submission, auditing documents, and coordinating the interdisciplinary team for care plans.
The RNAC also works closely with facility management to provide education to the staff on documentation guidelines to accurately represent the resident through the MDS assessment process and participates in regulatory agency survey processes.

RequirementsRN license, Knowledge of PPS, OBRA and / Managed Care, Knowledge of MDS 3.0 Care planning, Organizational skills, Computer skills , familiar with AOD software.
