Waverly Heights is currently seeking a Full Time HVAC Mechanic to join our Building Services Department.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years recent HVAC experience; 3 years in health care institution environment preferred; certification in use of freon recovery systems; good organizational and time management skills; good verbal skills for communicating with residents and staff; knowledge of water source heat pumps; ability to read blue prints and design structures; valid PA drivers license; ability to work as a member of a team.
