Steps Toward Residency

Waverly Heights is a non-profit, non-sectarian Life Plan Community open to all men and women 60 years of age or older without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.

Individuals seeking to move to Waverly Heights complete a Priority Membership Application and pay a fully refundable application deposit. Applicants are required to complete financial and medical reviews prior to residency.
