Nicole Stroman, Executive Director of GrayCare by Waverly Heights, became a Care Manager Certified (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. The certification (CMC) is highly valued and promotes formal recognition in the profession of care management services. The certification also helps to ensure the competence of an individual in a specialized area of practice.
GrayCare is a care management company focused on supporting families as they make care decisions for loved ones. The company was acquired by Waverly Heights in June 2022 and
provides a comprehensive approach to supporting individuals and their families when navigating difficult decisions and helping them to understand the variety of services available.
Nicole began working at Waverly Heights in 2006 as the Admissions and Social Work Coordinator for Muirfield, the community’s skilled nursing center. In 2011, Nicole earned her Personal Care Administrator’s certification and took on the role of Personal Care Administrator for Windsor (personal care) and Devonshire (memory support). She was named Executive Director of GrayCare in 2022.
