Waverly Heights is proud to offer both Personal Care and Memory Care solutions for its residents. While these two types of care share similarities, there are many differences between the two and it’s important to understand the difference in order to select the right option for you or a loved one.

Personal Care

Personal Care provides a level of support to individuals that allows them to cultivate and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This approach is focused on helping individuals continue to live safely on their own, while still having a nursing presence 24/7 and some assistance with daily care needs such as dressing, bathing, meal preparation, medication assistance and more. All of Waverly’s robust programming options are available to Personal Care residents, and they choose how to fill their schedule.

Windsor at Waverly Heights is a licensed Personal Care home promoting independence and choice. Every spacious and beautifully appointed Windsor suite is furnished and decorated to each resident’s personal preference. These premier accommodations, along with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, allow individuals who need some assistance with daily care needs to continue to live safely on their own.

Memory Care

Memory Care provides an added layer of support for residents as well as safe and tailored accommodations. There is also a 24/7 nursing presence for Memory Care residents and they receive the same support with daily care needs, but will have close supervision from staff specially trained to assist memory-impaired residents. Customized and curated programming is also offered to Memory Care residents to provide a fully structured day.
