GLADWYNE, PA – Employees from Waverly Heights Retirement Community dropped off a donation of more than 1,000 canned and dry goods, paper products, and toiletries at the Ada Mutch Food Pantry in Bryn Mawr in February. The Food Pantry provides food and supplies to low income residents of Lower Merion and Narberth as a service of ElderNet, a not-for-profit organization serving older and disabled adults.

Waverly Heights has been a long-time supporter of ElderNet and was selected to receive its Community Organization Award in 2020.

In recognition and celebration of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, Waverly Heights’ Diversity Committee collected donations to benefit the Ada Mutch Food Pantry. Together, Waverly Heights residents, staff, and supporters from the community came together to donate more than 1,000 items to the Food Pantry.
